The footnote on the hotel reservation page states that
the Resort Fee will be charged, however, that is not the case.
Their reservation system just can't remove the note.
You must be booked into the ISVCon room block
in order to avoid the Resort Fee.
There are a limited number of rooms available at this price.
Special prices will end when the room block is full,
or on September 2, whichever comes first.
